Use webhooks to listen for events in Clarityflow

In addition to our REST API for building custom integrations that do things in Clarityflow, you can leverage webhooks to listen for events that happen in Clarityflow.

For example, you can send a webhook to your app or service when any of the following occur in Clarityflow:

• A new conversation is created
• A new message is created
• A message video or audio has been played back.
